Links from the Ultimate Life Coach

Hello Newsletter Subscribers!

This page is a collection of the Amazon links to books and other products that I recommend in the context of the article.

I enjoyed all of these books in audio format during a series of long walks, which is always my favorite way to consume health and fitness knowledge. But of course they are available in all other formats too.

David Goggins Books

Can’t Hurt Me (audiobook) (paper)

Never Finished (audiobook) (paper)

Peter Attia’s Outlive (audiobook) (paper)

And I started this last one as a skeptic, having done some pretty good management training back in my engineering career, and wondering if advice from some Navy Seal tough guys would be all that helpful. But boy was I wrong! It’s a super fun and inspiring listen and would probably help a lot of companies do better – most notably Tesla ;-)

Jocko Willink’s Extreme Ownership (audiobook) (paper)

Frugality Note! You can probably also get these things free from your public library, especially if you use the Libby app for digital access. It’s also always fun to check Better World Books whenever you need a (lightly used) paper version of anything.

Why are they here instead of directly linked from the newsletter email?

Because of the quirky nature of affiliate programs including Amazon’s, they get mad if you put affiliate links directly in emails. So the downside is I have to collect them here instead. The upside is that sometimes having the things consolidated in a list can be useful.

Also, thanks for supporting the MMM newsletter and boot camp by considering using any of these links. In my view, it’s a nice zero-cost-to-you way to support my work in creating and hosting this free series, (as long as you are buying things that help improve your life and avoiding impulse purchases, of course).
